Comment / Quality Level

The Elbit PH (Performance Hold) series represents the professional working standard of mid-tier Gen 3 systems.
It is characterized by high SNR, low noise levels, and excellent parameter repeatability across units.

With FOM values of 2400+, SNR up to 30, and a resolution of 72 lp/mm, PH tubes provide a clean, high-contrast image suitable for challenging environments, including mixed or urban lighting.
Auto-gating technology ensures resistance to sudden light exposure, making the system suitable for long-duration operations without degradation in performance.

This configuration is a balanced choice for users who require predictability, stability, and high detail accuracy — without entering the cost of premium military-contract tiers.

Suitable For

Reconnaissance and observation units operating under variable lighting conditions.
UAV operators who need clean, low-noise imagery for precise navigation.
Assault teams and tactical groups operating in urban nighttime missions.
Security forces and private protection services requiring stable and reliable imaging.
Users upgrading from PVS-14 or BNVD who value durability, image consistency, and professional-level reliability.
