Warranty

We provide an official manufacturer's warranty for all products presented in the LunarisOptics online store.

Warranty Conditions:

• The warranty period depends on the specific product and is specified in its product card.

• Warranty service is performed at authorized service centers or through us.

When submitting a warranty claim, you must provide:

• the product in its complete set

• the warranty card (if applicable)

• the sales receipt or cashier's check

The item is not eligible for return:

1. If the item is free of defects, but more than 14 days have passed since the purchase.

2. If the item shows signs of use.

3. If defects appeared on the item due to the buyer's fault.

4. If the item is free of defects, but the factory packaging is opened or damaged.

5. If the receipt and warranty card are missing.

Which goods are subject to exchange or return:

1. goods for which there is a postal service receipt;

2. goods in original packaging with preserved tags and labels that have not been used;

3. goods purchased less than 14 days ago.

Return conditions for goods of improper quality

Goods of improper quality have defects that make their use for the intended purpose impossible. The buyer has the right to return/exchange received goods of improper quality if they received:

• goods that have already been used and have a non-marketable appearance;

• goods with a defect;

• goods with an incomplete set;

• goods with damage (chips, scratches, stains, etc.).

Procedure for returning goods:

1. Call us and inform us about your intention to return the paid item;

2. Provide the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for the refund;

3. After receiving the goods, within two business days we will return your money or send another item.

Conditions for shipping payment during return:

1. When returning goods and sending new goods to the buyer, shipping is paid by the buyer. In this case, the shipment of new goods is carried out only after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

2. When refunding money, in case of non-payment for the return shipping by the buyer, the shipping amount is deducted from the refund.

3. If the item does not match the description due to the seller's fault, shipping both ways is paid by the seller.

Exchange and return of goods via Nova Poshta:

• Refunds are made after receiving the goods.

• Refunds are made to the card.

• Refunds are processed within 2 days from the moment the seller receives the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch.
