Leofoto GS-2 is a specialized clamp designed for secure fixation of a rifle on a tripod or shooting support system, developed to provide stable support during shooting and observation. The rigid body and synchronized jaw movement ensure even clamping of the stock without tilt, which is critical for maintaining the balance of the “weapon-support” system and repeatable positioning.
The inner jaw surfaces feature protective pads that increase friction while reducing the risk of surface damage. The inward-angled jaws create a self-aligning contact geometry, and screw adjustment allows precise fitting to different stock widths. The 1/4"-20 thread and Arca-Swiss interface ensure compatibility with a wide range of tripod systems.
🫡 We are a team of veterans
We use similar mounting systems in real field conditions, where support stability directly affects operational precision. We evaluate rigidity, fixation repeatability, and structural behavior under load, especially during prolonged weapon support.

💬 Comment
GS-2 functions as a universal clamping unit with synchronized jaw movement, helping to prevent tilt during fixation. The construction is focused on rigidity and stability when paired with tripod observation or shooting systems.
🎯 Suitable for
Military personnel and shooters — for stable rifle fixation on observation and shooting positions with controlled support geometry.
Instructors and sport shooters — for training where position repeatability and recoil control through support are essential.
Hunters — for prolonged observation and keeping the rifle ready without continuous arm load.
Observation system operators — for use as a universal clamping module on tripod platforms.
